   a) pre-contractual and contractual obligations arising from the shipping service of the goods (e.g. administrative, fiscal, accounting, treasury management, etc. obligations);
   b) to assert and/or defend the rights and/or legitimate interests of the Holders and/or third parties, for example for the purposes of managing any complaints relating to the aforementioned shipping service, disputes or pre-litigation;

c) fulfillment of obligations under law, regulations, as well as other applicable national or community legislation, or in compliance with provisions issued by authorities legitimized by law, including orders issued by state bodies in the context of official requests against legal obligations.
The legal basis for the processing referred to in letter a) is the conclusion and related execution of the shipping service of the goods.
The legal basis for the processing referred to in letter b) is the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Holders, consisting for example in the management of any complaints and/or in the establishment, exercise and defense of rights and/or legitimate interests of oneself and/or of third parties, even in the event of disputes or pre-litigation.
The legal basis for the processing referred to in letter c) is the fulfillment of specific legal provisions and obligations.
Consequently, the processing of your personal data for the purposes specified above is necessary and the failure or partial communication thereof would make it impossible to perform the shipping service and the correct fulfillment of the purposes and legal obligations relating to it.

   We inform you, in any case, that pursuant to Articles 5 and 89.1 of the Regulation, your personal data may be stored for longer periods of time than provided for in this paragraph, for statistical purposes only, adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures where necessary to protect your rights and freedoms (e.g. pseudo-anonymization or encryption).
6. Rights of the data subject
   You may exercise, in cases expressly provided for by law, the rights referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation. In particular, You have the right to
