The legal basis for the processing referred to in letter a) is the conclusion and related execution of the shipping service of the goods.
The legal basis for the processing referred to in letter b) is the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Holders, consisting for example in the management of any complaints and/or in the establishment, exercise and defense of rights and/or legitimate interests of oneself and/or of third parties, even in the event of disputes or pre-litigation.

Timing: You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to communicate the withdrawal and send back the goods.
